The Histochemical Distribution of Phosphoric Acid in the Tooth Germ of Rabbit

Abstract
I have observed the distribution of phosphoric acid in the tooth germs of the infant rabbits which are from one to seven days old and came to the following conclusion.
1). The distribution of phosphoric acid is diffused in the dentin matrix. At ,the early stage, it is concentrated remarkably in surrounding matrix but it is intended to decrease step by step.
2). The distribution of phosphoric acid is notable in the odontoblasts zone, however it is conspicuously decreased in conformity to the central portion of dental papilla.
3). The distribution of phosphoric acid in the dental sac shows less than in the, dental papilla,
